The rental weekly charges are all inclusive. They are for the Villa per week, not per person, and are independent of the number of guests (up to a max. of 8). Additional nights are charged pro-rata. |

Rentals - Notes on prices |
Prices for 2008 are the same as 2007 if bookings are confirmed before January 2008, otherwise please add an additional 5% to the price.
Prices above include:
- Servicing/Cleaning/Maintenance of the Swimming Pool
- Use of Towels, Linens, and all Furniture
- All Electricity, Gas, Water
- Villa Heating, Air Conditioning
- Cable TV

- Long Stay Discount 10% for 3 consecutive weeks and 15% for 4 consecutive weeks or more.
- Return Bookings Discount 10% on second and subsequent booking.
- Rentals of less than 7 nights will incur £50.
- All prices are inclusive of local taxes.

Payment can be made by a UK cheque or you can wire/mail payment directly to the owners' bank account in the UK. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card with PayPal in Sterling or Euros.  |
A deposit of £100 plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
A security deposit of £150 is due along with the final balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company and will be refunded immediately after your stay.
